3. Minor Amendments
If you notice a typo or small error within 2 hours, reply to your confirmation email and we’ll correct it at no extra charge.
4. Delivery Inspection
Upon delivery, inspect your package carefully. Photograph any visible damage and retain all original packaging.
5. 30-Day Return & Refund Period
We accept returns—including for buyer’s remorse—for 30 days from delivery date.

7. Multilingual Availability

8. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

10. Return Request Procedure

11. Return Authorization
We’ll reply within 2–3 business days with your return authorization and our warehouse address. Do not ship before receiving this confirmation.
12. Return Shipping Costs
Unless the return is due to our error, customers are responsible for return postage. We recommend using a trackable service.
13. Packaging Requirements
Please return items in original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and tags. Secure the package to prevent damage in transit.
14. Tracking Your Return
After shipping, email us the carrier’s tracking number so we can monitor the return’s progress.
15. Refund Processing Timeline
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund—within 2 business days. Your bank may take 5–15 business days to post the credit.
16. Exchanges
If you’d like a different size or style, simply return the original item and place a new order. We’ll process your refund first so you can reorder promptly.
